It is very simple to use: LPFilter (filterfreq) (inputfile)

(filterfreq) is in Hz and (inputfile) is a 16-bit AIFF.

The filter is very soft. It is definately not of a higher grade
than 1 if it has a grade at all ;)

The source code is included for the interested. It's made in Amiga-E.
